No. Once live, it’s a commission-only program — no salary, no shifts, no fixed targets. You’ll earn per listing published, per visit booked, per closed match. Treat it as part-time alongside studies, other work, or your existing community role.

Optional. Once live, when a tenant chooses to have a NeedSpace facilitator attend their visit, the system pings FVOs within 5 km of the property. First to accept earns ₹120–₹400 (varies by city tier) — paid by UPI within 7 days. The tenant funds this fee, not the company.
No. You only verify the property exists and onboard owners. The platform handles tenant verification, KYC, payments, and owner approvals automatically. Show the property — don’t sell it. We are RERA-clean by design.
