NeedSpace AI Systems Private Limited is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all user grievances. We have established this Grievance Redressal Mechanism in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. How to File a Grievance
You may file a grievance through any of the following channels:

3. Information Required
Please include the following in your grievance:
- Your full name and registered phone number
- Description of the issue in detail
- Date of incident and any relevant booking/transaction IDs
- Supporting documents or screenshots (if applicable)
- Resolution you are seeking
4. Resolution Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours of receiving the grievance
- Initial Response: Within 72 hours with an update on the investigation
- Resolution: Within 15 business days from the date of filing
- Complex Cases: Up to 30 business days with periodic updates
