Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which NeedSpace AI Systems Private Limited will process refunds for paid services on our platform.
2. Video Call Bookings (₹199)
- Full refund: If the owner fails to join the scheduled video call within 10 minutes of the booked time
- Full refund: If NeedSpace cancels the booking due to technical issues on our end
- No refund: If the tenant fails to join the call or cancels within 2 hours of the scheduled time
- No refund: After a successful video call has been completed
3. Physical Visit Bookings (₹999)
- Full refund: If the owner cancels the visit or is unavailable at the scheduled time
- Full refund: If the property is found to be significantly misrepresented in the listing
- 50% refund: If the tenant cancels more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit
- No refund: If the tenant cancels within 24 hours or fails to show up
4. Guarantee Fees
- Full refund: If NeedSpace is unable to issue the guarantee due to a system error after payment is collected
- Pro-rata refund: If the rental agreement is mutually terminated before the guarantee coverage period ends
- No refund: If the guarantee is revoked due to tenant fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of terms
- No refund: After the guarantee coverage period has ended
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of the event triggering the refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to needspaceaisystems@gmail.com with:
— Your registered phone number
— Booking/Transaction ID
— Reason for refund request

7. Disputes
