Our risk scoring model is proprietary and based on statistical modelling. Risk scores are indicative assessments and do not constitute a guarantee of tenant behaviour. Property owners should exercise their own judgment in addition to relying on NeedSpace risk assessments.
5. Third-Party Services
NeedSpace uses third-party services for payment processing, identity verification, and communication (WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
6. RERA Compliance
NeedSpace deals exclusively in rental transactions. Where RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations apply to rental transactions in your state, both owners and tenants are advised to ensure compliance with applicable local RERA guidelines independently.
7. Financial Information
Guarantee pricing and fee structures displayed on our platform are indicative and may change. Final fees will be confirmed at the time of transaction.
8. Limitation of Liability
