What areas do you serve?+
We currently serve Shivamogga and Bhadravathi (within 20 km of city centre). We are expanding to more Karnataka cities soon.
What is included in a deep clean?+
Floors, walls, ceiling cobwebs, fans, switchboards, bathrooms (including tiles and fixtures), kitchen (including chimney and stove), windows, balcony, and all cupboard surfaces. We bring our own equipment and cleaning supplies.
Can I cancel after booking?+
Yes. Cancel more than 12 hours before your slot for a full refund. Within 12 hours, a show-up fee of ₹150 per worker applies (the team may already be on their way).
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?+
Report any missed spots within 48 hours and we will send the team back for a free re-clean. No questions asked.
How are the cleaners verified?+
Every cleaner goes through Aadhaar verification, a selfie check, reference calls, a police verification application, address verification, and 2 days of paid training before being certified.
Do I need to provide any equipment or supplies?+
No. Our teams bring professional-grade cleaning equipment and eco-friendly supplies. Just keep valuables secured before they arrive.
