NeedSpace rental guarantee is a managed risk-sharing arrangement. It is NOT an indemnity or coverage product of any kind.
- NeedSpace does NOT provide indemnity products, coverage plans, or any form of financial protection regulated by IRDAI
- NeedSpace is NOT registered with, regulated by, or affiliated with IRDAI or any financial regulatory body
- Service fees charged for the guarantee arrangement are contractual charges — they are NOT equivalent to protection charges, indemnity fees, or any similar financial instrument fees
- The guarantee is a contractual arrangement between NeedSpace and the participating parties — it is NOT a regulated financial product
- NeedSpace does NOT perform actuarial analysis, risk pooling, or any activity characteristic of regulated financial protection entities

NeedSpace is NOT responsible for any tenant actions, defaults, or disputes that may occur regardless of the assigned risk level.

NeedSpace is NOT a licensed real estate broker or agent. We operate as a technology platform that facilitates direct connections between property owners and tenants.
We do not guarantee the outcome of any rental negotiation, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of property listings provided by owners.
NeedSpace is a facilitator only — we are NOT a party to any rental agreement between owners and tenants.
Third-Party Services
NeedSpace integrates with third-party services for specific functions. We are NOT responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these providers:
- •Razorpay — Payment processing. All payment disputes should be raised directly with Razorpay or your bank.
- •IDfy / Karza — KYC identity verification providers. Document verification accuracy is dependent on these providers.
- •WhatsApp (Meta) — Communication platform. NeedSpace is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Pricing & Liability
All fees displayed on the platform are indicative and may change at the time of transaction. NeedSpace reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NeedSpace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
No warranties are made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of information provided on the platform. All information is provided on an “as-is” basis.
Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to NeedSpace services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Shivamogga, Karnataka.
