NeedSpace is a WhatsApp-first rental platform. Property owners list their homes, flats, or PG rooms via WhatsApp or our web dashboard. Tenants search, book visits, and get verified — all through WhatsApp or online. No brokers, no app downloads required.

NeedSpace rental guarantee is a risk-sharing arrangement that protects property owners against rent defaults for up to 6 months. It is NOT an indemnity product. Tenants are AI-verified, and owners can choose from Basic, Flex, or Zero Deposit tiers.

You can list your house, flat, apartment, or PG for rent by sending a WhatsApp message to NeedSpace or signing in to the owner dashboard. Listing is completely free. You will need to provide property photos, address, rent details, and complete KYC verification.

Searching for rental properties is free. Tenants pay a small visit booking fee starting at just Rs 349 for residential properties and Rs 599 for commercial spaces. There are no brokerage charges.

NeedSpace currently operates across all 31 districts of Karnataka including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangalore, Hubli-Dharwad, Shivamogga, Belagavi, and more. We are expanding to other Indian cities soon.

NeedSpace uses AI-powered tenant verification that includes Aadhaar identity check, face match, PAN-based financial assessment, employment verification, and rental reference checks. Each tenant receives a risk score so owners can make informed decisions.
